The freeze drying process takes all of the moisture out of the candy.  This is done by freezing the candy to -10 degrees and then rapidly heating the candy to roughly 145 degrees in a vacuum chamber.  This leaves you with a crunchy candy treat that dissolves in your mouth and enhances the flavor.

You may cancel your order up to the time you receive a shipping confirmation.  Once the shipping confirmation has been issued your order cannot be canceled.  

We cannot accept returns and we do not offer refunds on shipped products.  We can offer a refund on any order that has not shipped.
